Express Mattresses

Express mattresses are called for when you need to sort something out fast for either unexpected guests or maybe just because the springs in your old mattress have decided to pop through! The other reason we have developed this category is simply the fact that a lot of our customers, when buying a new bed decide to go the whole hog and buy a new mattress too – especially as you can save money with certain mattress models that are on bundle deals when bought together with a frame! If a bed frame is required quickly then so will the mattress be – and this is possible when purchasing from Wooden Beds! There are three different types of mattress that are available on our express delivery service – the first being the traditional open coil sprung unit – this mattress generally contains a unit of springs that are twisted together and then are tied together around the edging. They are filled with all sorts of different fillings and finished off with high quality fabrics. The second type of mattress available on the Express mattress section is the pocket sprung mattress – this type of mattress is better for the body as they contain a unit of individually pocketed springs that move separately of each making them able to move up and down freely therefore moulding to the body's shape. Again, they are filled with high quality fillings and upholstered with great fabrics such as Belgian damask. The third type of mattress that is available for fast delivery is the memory foam mattress, We have a full range of models that feature different amounts of memory foam depending on what sort of feel you are looking for. Memory foam is excellent for people who suffer from joint pain or allergies and generally, they have zip off covers that can be put into the washing machine easily in order to keep them super fresh. In terms of sizes, many of the mattresses on the Express section are available in a full range of UK sizes including: single bed (90cm x 190cm), compact double bed (120cm x 190cm) , double bed (135cm x 190cm), king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and super king size bed (180cm x 200cm).
