The Julian Bowen Barcelona bunk bed (pine) is a practical solution to an age old problem in a children's bedroom – space! If space is of a minimum, then a bunk bed is a fantastic choice as it allows you to sleep two children in the same floor space meaning that there is more room left for play!
The Barcelona pine bunk bed is made from superior quality Brazilian pine (this is better than standard pine as it doesn't contain as many knots in it!). The colour has been kept nice and natural meaning that it will suit many different colour schemes and in order for it to withstand rough and tumble, the bunk bed has been finished with a very durable clear lacquer!
Sturdiness is important when buying a new bunk bed and without doubt, the Julian Bowen Barcelona is one of the strongest we have seen on the current market! The bases of the beds that support any type of mattress are made up of solid wooden slats that also add to the overall strength of bunk bed.
